Danny Jackson
Danny Jackson lets the ball rest on his nose (top) in this 2001 University of North Carolina photo. Danny joined the Sounders defense as Centerback in 2003. At middle he instructs a youth camp while playing for the MLS Colorado Rapids in 2002. Below Danny is part of an on-line dating show while playing in Colorado. He received rave reviews!
Sadly, Danny tore an ACL in practice in August 2003. He finished the season on the sidelines rooting for his Sounders. Fans presented Danny with several cards as well as posters signed by hundreds of fans wishing him a quick recovery.
